4. Artwork and uploaded files

Artwork and files submitted through the inquiry form are intended for private project assessment. We do not publish them through the website or use them to manufacture products for another customer without your permission.

You should only upload material that you are authorised to share. Please avoid including unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information in filenames or artwork.

5. Reasons we are permitted to process information

Depending on where you are located, we may process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform an agreed project, with your consent, to comply with law, or for legitimate business interests such as answering inquiries, securing our services and keeping accurate project records. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

6. How information may be shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with:

• Authorised Jingboheng staff involved in quotation, engineering, production, quality control, logistics or customer support.
• Hosting, file-storage, security, email and other technical service providers that help operate the website and process inquiries.
• Meta Platforms when advertising measurement is enabled and you have accepted the optional advertising measurement choice.
• Approved production, testing, inspection, packing, freight or customs providers when required for your project.

We retain inquiry, artwork and project information only for as long as reasonably needed for quotations, order fulfilment, repeat-project support, record keeping, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type and status of a project.

We use reasonable access controls and technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe information has been disclosed improperly.

9. Cookies and translation services

The website may use essential browser storage or cookies needed for operation and security. When you choose a language, Google Translate may receive technical information and set temporary cookies in order to translate the page. Google processes that information under its own privacy terms. Translation is provided for convenience and the English text remains the source version.

Meta advertising measurement is disabled unless it has been configured by us and accepted by you. If enabled and accepted, the Meta Pixel may set identifiers and record PageView, ViewContent, Contact and Lead events. A successful inquiry may also be sent from our server through the Conversions API using the same event identifier so Meta can avoid double-counting. Rejecting optional advertising measurement does not affect the website or inquiry form.
