Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Jingboheng website and explain how inquiries, artwork, quotations and custom manufacturing projects are handled.

Last updated · 28 August 2026

For custom manufacturing projects

Project-specific quotations, approvals and written order terms take priority where they address the same subject.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service apply when you visit jingbh.com, submit an inquiry, upload artwork or otherwise use the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

The website is intended principally for business customers seeking made-to-order metal products. It is not an online retail store, and submitting an inquiry does not create an order or require either party to proceed.

2. Website information

Product photographs, process descriptions, capabilities and examples are provided for general reference. We try to keep them accurate, but manufacturing capabilities, materials, finishes, lead times and availability can change. Only specifications confirmed in a written quotation, proof, sample approval or order confirmation apply to a project.

3. Inquiries, quotations and orders

A quotation is based on the artwork, dimensions, quantity, materials, finish, fittings, packaging, destination and other information available at the time. Changes to any of these may change price, minimum quantity or timing.

Unless the quotation says otherwise, an order becomes binding only after the parties confirm the commercial terms and production specifications in writing and any required payment is received. If a quotation, purchase order and separate written agreement conflict, the most recently accepted project-specific written terms take priority.

4. Artwork and intellectual-property rights

You keep ownership of artwork and brand assets that you provide. You grant us a limited permission to review, adapt and reproduce those materials only as reasonably necessary to quote, prepare proofs or samples, manufacture the requested products and maintain project records.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every logo, design, photograph, character, trademark or other material you submit. We may decline or pause work where ownership is unclear, a design appears unlawful, or third-party rights may be affected.

Unless separately agreed in writing, our pre-existing manufacturing knowledge, processes, templates and general know-how remain ours. We will not publish customer artwork or identify a project as a case study without permission.

5. Proofs, samples, colours and tolerances

Digital proofs and screen images are visual guides, not exact physical colour samples. Metal plating, enamel, print, texture, lighting, display settings and batch conditions can affect appearance. Pantone references and approved physical samples are used where specified, but reasonable production variation may still occur.

You are responsible for checking names, spelling, dimensions, colours, attachment positions and other details before approval. Production normally follows the latest approved proof or sample. Changes requested after approval may require new costs and a revised schedule.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices, currency, taxes, tooling, samples, freight, payment schedule and quotation validity are set out in the project quotation. The website does not collect card payments. Bank or other payment instructions should be verified through an established contact channel before funds are sent.

7. Production, inspection and delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timing may be affected by approval delays, artwork changes, material supply, testing, carrier capacity, customs, force majeure or events outside reasonable control.

Packing, inspection standard, shipping method, Incoterm, destination charges, import duties and customs responsibilities are confirmed case by case. Risk and title are governed by the accepted quotation or other written order terms.

8. Custom orders, cancellation and quality claims

Because products are made to your approved design and specifications, an order normally cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after tooling, sampling or production has begun unless the accepted quotation states otherwise or applicable law requires it.

If you believe delivered products do not match the confirmed specification, notify us promptly and provide the order reference, quantities and clear photographs or other reasonable evidence. We will review the claim against the approved proof, sample, inspection standard and agreed tolerances. Any remedy will be determined under the project-specific written agreement and applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or inquiry service to:

  • Break applicable law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
  • Submit false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or harmful material.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or disrupt the website.
  • Scrape, copy or exploit website content or contact information for unauthorised commercial use.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to independent services such as Google Translate, WhatsApp, email providers, file storage or logistics providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

11. Website availability and liability

We use reasonable care in operating the website, but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Liability relating to a confirmed manufacturing project is governed by its accepted written terms.

12. Governing law and changes

Unless a separate written contract provides otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and disputes relating only to website use are subject to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

We may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version posted here, with its update date, is the current version. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
